Glam Story allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect footwear size by following universally prevalent size standards. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us via email care@glamstory.co.in within 7 days from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value or higher.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by brand.
We do not entertain exchanges on International orders.
We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.

CARE & MAINTENANCE –
- To enjoy wearing your favourite pair of juttis for a long time, it’s important to take basic care of them, without having to put in a lot of effort.
- Always store your juttis wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth, and keep them in a closed box or bag.
- You can clean your pair with a damp towel or cotton cloth and leave it out in the sun for some time to let it dry out naturally. In case the dirt doesn’t go off, you can also use a mild cleanser. For hard-to-go stains, it is better to get the Jutti dry-cleaned.
- To clean the leather soles, you can use any leather cleaner available in the market.
Please note – DIY cleaning at home can be done only for digital and screen printed surfaces. Juttis with embroidery or embellishments must be dry cleaned only.
