RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Glam Story allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect footwear size by following universally prevalent size standards. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us via WhatsApp +91-93543 67919 or fill the Exchange Form within 7 days from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used..
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value or higher.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by brand.
We do not entertain exchanges on International orders.
We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.
