We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If your order doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can request:

 Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify, the product must:

 1. Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

 2. Have original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

 3. Be free from damage, dirt, or wear marks

We offer flexible exchanges to ensure the perfect fit and style:

 1. Exchange your footwear if the size doesn’t fit

 2. Based on availability

Style Exchange

1.  Choose another design of equal or higher value

 2. Pay the difference (if applicable)

Return & Refund Policy

 1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

 2. Once the product passes quality inspection, refund will be processed

 3. Refund options:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (recommended for faster processing)

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after receipt of the product.

 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

 1. Product is used, worn, or damaged due to misuse

 2. Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

 3. Request is raised after 7 days of delivery

 4. Product is custom-made or made-to-order

 5. Free products or promotional items

 International Orders

Returns for international orders are not applicable.

In case of Exchange, customers may ship products back at their own cost for special cases (subject to approval)
