Sizing & Fit
We follow standard European sizes. All our styles are designed according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend selecting your regular size in all our styles. However, some customers may prefer going up a size in Brogues due to the shape of the shoe. If the shoes feel a bit snug, that’s alright as they will take the shape of your foot over time. The more you wear them, the more they mould themselves to you and the more comfortable they get. You can take a look at our size chart here.
Yes! Our juttis have a snug fit, but they will expand ever so slightly within a few hours of wearing. The jutti usually will take the shape of your feet for a more relaxed fit. The Sliders, Mules, Sandles are true to size and shall not expand.

Processing the Exchange:
Once we receive your product, we will initiate the dispatch of your requested exchange product.

We do not offer refunds. However, you can get store credits for your product which is redeemable at www.glamstory.co.in website only.
We currently do not offer reverse pickups for international exchanges. However, if you can ship the product back to us yourself (at the address given below), we can make the exchange happen. Initiate an exchange by writing to us at care@glamstory.co.in, mentioning your order number, reason for exchange and the product you would like in its place. Our team will come back to you with all the details. Please note: We will be able to process the exchange after the package reaches our warehouse. In addition to that, the shipping charges for the exchange will have to be borne by you.

We offer free shipping and cash on delivery on order below 10K across India.
Orders placed in India as well as outside India are catered by reliable courier services such as like Fed Ex, Bluedart, Aramex, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express.
Yes, we do ship outside of India. You can check the shipping charges here.
Customs charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Glam Story will not be responsible for it.
Liquids are classified as prohibited items by several countries; hence paints cannot be shipped as they will be held by customs.
You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, Net Banking, UPI and wallets such as Paytm, Gpay, Phonepay etc. EMI facility is also available. We also offer Cash On Delivery on orders below 10K.
All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.
We usually take 24-48 hours to get your orders ready for dispatch. Once dispatched, it should reach you within 3-4 business days depending on your location in India. Our team will get in touch with you in case of any further delays. International deliveries will take up to 5-6 business days. Please note: These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. Delays during festivals & National Holidays aren't uncommon.

Care & Maintenance
You can clean the shoes with a brush and soapy water and leave them out to dry in the sun. In case of tough stains, the shoes are safe to dry-clean using white petrol. For more details on caring for your product, you may refer to our Product care guide.
Always store your shoes wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth or dust bag, and keep them in a closed box along with the silica gel pack provided. Make sure the shoes are free of moisture, to avoid the growth of fungus over time.
