Exchange, Store Credit & Refund Policy

At Glam Story, we are committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. We follow standard footwear sizing to help you choose the perfect fit. If you still need a different size or style, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at care@glamstory.co.in.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must reach us in its original packaging.
• The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products can be exchanged for:
• The same product in a different size (subject to availability).
• Another product of the same value or a higher value. If you choose a higher-priced product, you'll only need to pay the price difference.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange your purchase for another style of equal or higher value.

Store Credit

If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will issue Store Credit equivalent to the product value. The Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if you receive the wrong product.

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@glamstory.co.in with your order details and clear photos of the product received.

After verification, you may choose either:

• A replacement with the correct product (subject to availability), or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for any other reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect size ordered.
• Change of mind.
• Preference for another style or color.
• Product not fitting as expected.
• Delivery delays.
• Any reason other than receiving the wrong product.

In such cases, only Exchange or Store Credit will be offered, subject to policy eligibility.

Exchange & Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If

• The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or excessive wear.
• The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or freebies.
• The original packaging is damaged or missing.
• The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
• The exchange request is initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is a free promotional item.
• The product is defective due to reasons not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

International Orders

We do not offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on international orders unless a wrong product has been delivered.

CARE & MAINTENANCE –

- To enjoy wearing your favourite pair of juttis for a long time, it’s important to take basic care of them, without having to put in a lot of effort.

- Always store your juttis wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth, and keep them in a closed box or bag.

- You can clean your pair with a damp towel or cotton cloth and leave it out in the sun for some time to let it dry out naturally. In case the dirt doesn’t go off, you can also use a mild cleanser. For hard-to-go stains, it is better to get the Jutti dry-cleaned.

- To clean the leather soles, you can use any leather cleaner available in the market.

Please note – DIY cleaning at home can be done only for digital and screen printed surfaces. Juttis with embroidery or embellishments must be dry cleaned only.
