RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At GLAMSTORY, we want you to love every pair you purchase. If your order does not work for you due to size, fit, or preference, eligible products may be exchanged or returned for store credit, subject to the terms below.

NO CASH / BANK REFUNDS

For eligible returns based on size, fit, change of mind, or personal preference, GLAMSTORY does not provide refunds to the original mode of payment.

Eligible returns will be resolved through:

• Exchange for another size/style, subject to availability; or
• GLAMSTORY Store Credit for future purchases.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGE & RETURN WINDOW

Exchange or store-credit requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice, where applicable
• Free from stains, marks, scratches, damage, odour, or signs of wear

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

SIZE OR STYLE EXCHANGE

If you would like a different size or style, you may request an exchange within the applicable return window.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product or size is unavailable, eligible customers may be issued GLAMSTORY Store Credit.

Any difference in price for a higher-value replacement product will need to be paid by the customer.

STORE CREDIT

Once an eligible returned product has been received and successfully inspected, store credit may be issued for the eligible product value.

Store credit:

• Can be used for future purchases on the GLAMSTORY website
• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to a bank account or other payment method
• Is subject to any validity period communicated when the credit is issued

Original shipping charges, COD charges, return shipping charges, or other applicable service charges may be excluded from the store-credit value where permitted by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or a product that materially differs from what was ordered or advertised, please contact GLAMSTORY promptly after delivery with your order details and clear photographs/video of the product and packaging.

After verification, GLAMSTORY will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if:

• They have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
• They were purchased under an offer specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” subject to applicable law
• The return/exchange request is raised after the specified return window

PROMOTIONAL ORDERS:

For promotional offers such as bundled offers or complimentary-product offers, the complete promotional combination may need to be returned together to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for dispatching the product(s) to GLAMSTORY warehouse at their own shipping cost.

If only part of the promotional order is returned, the value of the retained or complimentary product may be adjusted while calculating the applicable store credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – EXCHANGE POLICY

GLAMSTORY offers an exchange facility for eligible international orders. However, international exchanges are subject to the following shipping conditions:

1. Return Shipping to India
Customers requesting an exchange must arrange and dispatch the product to the designated GLAMSTORY warehouse in India at their own cost.

GLAMSTORY will not arrange or reimburse international return shipping/courier charges.

2. Shipping of the Replacement Product
Once the returned product has been received at the GLAMSTORY warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.

The international courier/shipping charges for sending the replacement product will be payable by the customer. GLAMSTORY will communicate the applicable shipping charges before dispatching the replacement product.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, local taxes, or other charges applicable to the return shipment or replacement shipment will be borne by the customer.

GLAMSTORY will not be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination or transit country.

4. Exchange Conditions
International exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable exchange/store-credit policy will apply after delivery.

RETURN QUALITY CHECK

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before an exchange or store credit is approved.

GLAMSTORY reserves the right to decline a return or exchange where the returned product does not satisfy the conditions stated in this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

CARE & MAINTENANCE –

- To enjoy wearing your favourite pair of juttis for a long time, it’s important to take basic care of them, without having to put in a lot of effort.

- Always store your juttis wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth, and keep them in a closed box or bag.

- You can clean your pair with a damp towel or cotton cloth and leave it out in the sun for some time to let it dry out naturally. In case the dirt doesn’t go off, you can also use a mild cleanser. For hard-to-go stains, it is better to get the Jutti dry-cleaned.

- To clean the leather soles, you can use any leather cleaner available in the market.

Please note – DIY cleaning at home can be done only for digital and screen printed surfaces. Juttis with embroidery or embellishments must be dry cleaned only.
